报告题目：On StronglyConvex and Strongly Midconvex Functions（具有强凸性函数的相关研究）

报告摘要：

Some properties of the above classes of functions are presented. Inparticular, a Hyers-Ulam stability result and a Hermite-Hadamard-typeinequality for strongly convex functions are obtained. Counterparts of theclassical Bernstain-Doetsch and Sierpinski theorems and the Rode supporttheorem are given. New characterizations of inner product spaces involvingstrong convexity are obtained. Next, strongly convex and strongly midconvexfunctions of higher order are considered. Finally, a relationship between strongconvexity and generalized convexity in the sense of Beckenbach is established.

波兰Bielsko-Biala大学教授，数学系主任，Bielsko-Biala大学分管科学和金融的副校长。

在数学期刊上发表80余篇文章，参加超过90场国内外国际讨论会会议，指导完成3篇博士论文。主要研究领域有凸分析、泛函方程和不等式、集值函数。
